The O3 Coalescing Series combines pre-treatment and oil water coalescing and efficient oil water separation, removal of dispersed oils and countercurrent ozonation through matrix.

Oil is removed by belt skimmer and collected while solids are periodically removed from the tank bottom. Venturi-injected ozonation enhances oil/water separation, maintains a bacteria free system and provides continual cleansing of the matrix.

The 03 Coalescing Series servers as pre-treatment for discharge to Sanitary Sewer, or closed-loop wastewater recycling when combined as a system with our O3CFS Series or CFS Series.

Air Pre-treatment:	Scrubbing ambient air of nitrogen & hydrogen for greater adhesion to O3.

Ozone Monitor:	Electronic monitoring of O3 with auto shut down if ozone concentrations exceed federal health standards.
Ozone Venting:	PVC venting to exterior w/inline induced fan.
Circulation Pump:	Standard horizontal shaft centrifugal pump w/ S.S. housing.
Polish Filter:	20 Micron non-woven pleated polyester
Process Rate:	8 GPM for 300 series / 20 GPM for 500 series
Back Flush:	Glass reinforced ball valve control back to pit or filtration media.
Temp. Range:	Effluent rating from 40 to 80 degrees F.
